Wooden Door and Frames
OMFURN INDIA LIMITED OMFURN INDIA LIMITED is well known prefinished solid wooden door manufacturer & supplier with installationall over India. We use the best quality raw materials & polish/polish for an exceptional finish on our products. We manufacture solid wooden door frames from Red Meranti, Ghana Teak, Steam beach, BWP Engineered wooden. Shutters are solid core (pine) infill and Chipboard Infill. Shutters are finished with laminates or natural veneer. Solid wooden is sourced from Gandhidham, European Countries and upon arrival seasoned in an automatic seasoning plant to a moisture content less than 12% to 15%. Machining of lock slot, hinges slot, keyhole and handle hole on the shutter is done automatically on the CNC Rover machine.
We are a leading Fire Resistant wooden Door manufacturers in India with a fire rating of 60 min and 120min.Our Fire Resistant Doors have been tested at Indian Plywood Industries Research & Training Institute (IPIRTI) as per BS: 476 Part-22.
We offer eco-friendly water-based PU polish, solvent-based PU polish or different colours in PU pigmented matt or gloss. The Entire coating is done automatically on Cefla and Venjakob dust free coating line under positive pressure to achieve the best finishes.
Our Wooden door and frames are completely factory finished and of better quality and durability. It takes one carpenter and one helper about 90 minutes to completely install one door frame with door and hardware, These provide and guarantee fast and easy fixing of the door frame. Time saved is critical for the developer.
